Kita and Anita host Drag Wars: World AIDS Day edition!
In the lead up to World AIDS Day, iconic Drag Duo Kita Mean and Anita Wiglit will be hosting a special edition of Drag Wars!
Friday 22 November promises to be an unmissable night – with the queens slaying the stage all night and raising funds and awareness in support of people living with HIV.
We’ve also heard tale that some very special, never-before-seen queens will by donning their heels for a performance no one will forget in a hurry.
This special Drag Wars is a part of the World AIDS Day Festival lineup – a series of amazing events from Body Positive Inc., Positive Women Inc. and NZAF. World AIDS Day is an opportunity for us to tackle HIV stigma and show our support of those living with HIV in Aotearoa – as well as remember those we’ve lost over the years.
