An Ode to my Vagina

 

Dear vagina,

 

I would like to give thanks for all that you are

For how much you’ve put up with

It’s a lot so far

 

But I’ve dismissed you

All of this time

I didn’t know how much I liked you

Until one fateful night

 

As I lay on my back,

Staring at the ceiling

I found myself getting bored,

Craving ‘that’ particular feeling

As my fingers traced down over my scarred flat chest,

I feel the blood start to rush,

Making me twitch and clench

 

Up and down, right to left,

my index and middle fingers dance

I feel smooth, soft, ridged and wet

 

My pink lips part

I feel the wrinkles and folds

Moving around in circles
